Great discounted prices with a large variety of brands. The store is well organized and different products are easy to find. Shopping really late provides the most space to navigate around and makes for a quick checkout. However, most popular sizes are often unavailable and sometimes the shelves look like a hurricane blew through.
This Kohls has some of the friendliest staff of any I have ever shopped at. The store is organized like any other Kohls you have been to. Although the place is always a mess and nothing is in the correct place and clothing racks are jammed so tight it is hard to walk around. I think this is just a Kohls thing in general though.
I had returns. The customer service person, Marion, was the best. She was funny and understanding. She made my return easy. She needs to get a raise. I will shop here more and if I have items to take back, I will make sure she is there and wait until she can help!!!! You need more people like her!
I haven't always had the best experience with some of the employees at this kohl's but the last several times I have been there I have taken notice in the improvement with the customer service.
I've never been a fan of Kohl's. My daughter wanted to go so we did. Everything is over priced. The kids shoe section is a joke. $50 for some poorly made sneakers for a 7 year old. I'm sure some people get all the coupons and discounts to make it worth it. I'll steer clear.
