I love my doctor at PMA Limerick but PMA organization is one greedy establishment that looks for money more than helping the patients. They never follow up with you, they hardly contact the insurance information that you give them for pre-approval drugs, they never call you back. If I could bypass all of their games and contact my doctor I would.
Most unprofessional staff I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with! The do not care about you and have no issues making that painfully obvious. I was in a car accident, it took 2 months for me to get an MRI because the staff does not know that with a motor vehicle accident a referral is not needed. Not only are they completely unreliable, they are rude and give plenty of attitude to the patients. If you like bad care and awful people, this is a great place for you! Negative stars would be more fitting but not an option. -10 stars!
Love my doctor here ( Dr. Chris Martin) and the staff. Very helpful and seem to care.
My comment and review from a few months ago was deleted because I called out this terrible facility. They treated me like crap the second I walked in and rushed my appointment. I wrote a long comment about the whole situation that happens a few months ago but they decided to deleted it because I spoke the truth about their terrible customer service. But everyone must know that THIS PLACE IS AWFUL. they only want your $. Just to give you a short sense of how my visits was, I walked in to simply just get a new medication to help my IBS , and I told the doctor everything she asked (even though she already knew from my last visit a week before that). she then starts talking over me as I'm answering the questions and even says we have to hurrry because she has another appointment at another office. This annoyed me cause I'm paying $50 for my health to be rushed? So I started just asking for my new Medication because that's all I wanted and she started to deny me of medication. This is when I got really offended because I need this medication daily. So we are arguing back and forth when another doctor walks in. This guy was the rudest of them all because he kicked me out of the room and told me to leave, yet I didn't get my medication so this 35 minute drive was worthless? So I began to verbally demand my medication because I needed that day. The man doctor who was about 15 feet from me then reached for the phone and called the police...ridiculous. These people are so selfish , they call the police for no reason because they didn't want to deal with me anymore... Then they sent me in the mail a week later that they dropped me as a patient due to my "threatening remarks" towards a staff employee....I honestly don't care that they dropped me as a patient because I wouldn't go back here if it was the last doctors office on the earth. But what really makes me mad is they said I was threating the other doctor when that was a complete lie.. please no one go here. I promise it will not be a good experience and they most likely will rush your appointment as well..terrible. Terrible. Place
I do like the doctors office. The doctors and nurses are quite friendly and helpful. However, the front desk never greets patients, the treat them like a number. Would like to see a friendly upbeat front desk staff. Overall I am pleased
