The office was pleasant to work with and they scheduled us promptly. Matthew did a great job diagnosing our sluggish drain problem and fixing it. He was professional, worked quickly, and tested to make sure all the drains were working properly before he left. He also gave us some very good advice on maintaining our pipes and on other plumbing concerns.
What a great experience we had with Platinum Plumbing! We woke up on a Sunday morning to find our heater had stopped working. We called the emergency number and a technician called us back within five minutes! He was able to come out within an hour and a half, diagnosed and fixed the heater to restore heat to our home. Great service, very knowledgeable and friendly technician. Will definitely use Platinum for all our heating and plumbing service.
Outstanding service. The technician (Matt) performed the repair quickly and took the time to show me how to properly drain the pipes in the winter (I was unaware that there is a little screw on the shutoff valve that you open in order to drain the water from the pipes). He also noticed that the vent on our recently installed water heater was not secured; he went to his truck, took out a metal piece of duct, and properly fastened the vent ducts with screws for no charge. He said this was a safety issue because the vent could have gotten dislodged from knocking into it, which would have vented carbon monoxide fumes into the basement. Matt told me about the other plumbers at his company and said the owner previously did only new construction projects but has now opened a line focused on repair work. I trust the technician and plan to use this company for my future plumbing work.
Platinum plumbing (Matt) recently performed service on our tankless water heater system and did an awesome job. There were some minor issues with the original installation three years ago and those will all soon be corrected. We were impressed with Matt’s technical expertise and professionalism. also, we are planning on using Platinum to replace our aging water softener system.
